Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, where the Greenway runs right through the heart of our community. Once a bustling railway line, it’s now a place where people walk their dogs, ride bikes, or stop for coffee. But behind its charm lies a reminder of what was lost when the Beeching cuts closed so many railways.

Our roots lie in passenger vehicle design, and our passion has always been innovation. That’s why we set out to create something different – the very first Very Light Rail (VLR) vehicle.

At first, it was an engineering challenge. But once we understood its potential, we realised this was about more than trains and transport — it was about people.

By linking rural and isolated communities back into main transport hubs, we realised we could open up access to work, education, healthcare, and culture. In short, we could reconnect people to opportunities, and to each other.
